Şti. is obligated, pursuant to Article 12 of the KVKK, to prevent the unlawful processing of personal data, prevent unauthorized access, and ensure their preservation by implementing software measures such as hashing, encryption, transaction logging, and access management, as well as physical security measures for the systems and databases containing your personal data. In the event that it is discovered that personal data has been obtained by others through unlawful means, the situation shall be immediately reported in writing to the Personal Data Protection Board in accordance with the legal regulation. 6. Accuracy of Personal Data Keeping your personal data accurate and up-to-date is important both for the fulfillment of our legal obligations and for providing you with better service.
